How long will it take to close on my home?
- The first homes are expected to be ready early Summer 2008. Our sales representative will be happy to work with you on a pre-sale for closing as soon as late May 2008.
- Availability of the other homes will depend on the pace of sales.
- Most of the time, Mega Builders prefers to give buyers the ability to select options and upgrades to personalize their new home.
- If you select a home with options and upgrades remaining to be installed, allow 6 weeks from contract to closing. If the home you select is already complete, then please allow up to 30 days from contract to closing.

Am I eligible for closing cost assistance? How much closing cost assistance is possible?
- Yes, you are eligible to receive up to $2500 towards closing costs when choosing Mega Builder’s preferred attorney and lender.

Who are the preferred attorney and lender?
- Mike Barber, of Barber and Barnes, is the preferred attorney. David Nishan, Wells Fargo, is the preferred lender.

What kind of warranty program is there?
- Every home comes with a 10 year structural, 2 year electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, and 1 year workmanship warranty.

How accessible is the community to the airport, interstate, and downtown?
- Fleming Woods is ¼ mile from Bryan Boulevard, a four lane divided highway linking the western part of Greensboro to US 29-70 Wendover Ave., and NC 68 to the west. The new I73/I-840 connector off Bryan takes one 3.5 miles to the interstate. Fleming Woods is six miles from the Piedmont Triad International Airport, six miles from downtown Greensboro, and three miles to US 220N/Battleground Avenue.
